报告摘要：
Minimally invasive surgical procedures are routinely performed cross surgical specialties, e.g., bronchoscopy lung biopsy, colonoscopy polyp detection and resection, robotic prostatectomy and laparoscopic liver resection surgery. Image-guided navigation systems for assisting these surgical procedures aim to fuse a variety of pre- and intra-operative information (e.g., CT, MR, endoscopic videos, and ultrasound images) to provide reality augmented visualization during diagnosis and surgery. This talk will discuss the development of different context-aware surgical navigation systems with various information processing.
罗雄彪教授，日本国立名古屋大学信息科学专业博士学位、博士后、助理教授（Tenure-track），加拿大西安大略大学博士后，法国国家健康与医学研究院研究员（Tenure-track）。现为厦门大学计算机科学系教授，厦门大学数字医疗技术研发中心主任，美国医疗上市公司Boston Scientific Corporation首席技术专家，指导微创外科手术导航技术与系统产品集成应用方案。十年以来在日本、德国、加拿大、法国与美国等国家，从事医疗影像大数据科学、计算机辅助精准医疗、微创手术导航系统、达芬奇手术机器人视频分析、脑深部电极植入引导手术等研究。发表学术论文80多篇，包括在领域内主流学术期刊IEEE Trans. Medical Imaging、Medical Image Analysis、IEEE Trans. on Biomedical Engineering、IEEE Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics、Medical Physics与International Journal of Computer Assisted Radiology and Surgery等近20篇高质量SCI期刊论文，以及主流国际学术会议MICCAI、IPCAI、IEEE ISBI、SPIE Medical Imaging与CVPR论文等50多篇。主编由Springer公司出版的专著4部。最近受国际主流知名期刊Annual Review of Biomedical Engineering邀请，撰写特邀论文《Advanced Endoscopic Navigation: Surgical Big Data, Methodology, and Applications》。曾主持由达芬奇手术机器人公司资助项目1项和日本Hori基金项目1项。以主要完成人参与日本文部省重大项目2项、日本学术振兴会重大项目1项、日德国际合作交流项目2项、加拿大健康研究院重大项目1项及法国国家健康与医学研究院重大项目1项。国际MICCAI 2017 Area Chair，国际MIAR 2016 International Review Committee Chair，国际MICCAI-CARE 2014-2017 Chair。IEEE 资深会员（Senior Member），MICCAI/SPIE/IEEE-RAS/各会员,国际数字医学会创立委员与理事委员，中华医学会第七次全国数字医学学术年会学术委员会副主任委员，中国生物医学工程学会高级会员，计算机辅助设计与图形学专业委员会委员，国家科学技术奖励评审专家，国家自然科学基金评审专家。国际主流学术期刊IEEE Trans.
